Laid flat measures :
Armpit to Armpit 35cm (or where we think it would be if this is a dress)
Shoulder to hem 102cm

As you can see from the images this is a really long item, I figured it must be a strapless dress but then saw the slit up the side is quite high up the leg so now I’m thinking it is a very long skirt?

Quite stretchy fabric. Could be worn with coloured leggings maybe if worn as a dress?

May have slight bobbling from washing
